You can be the wellness professional that prevents or solves a myriad of pregnant and postpartum challenges for your clients.  More than ever before, women are seeking professionals and programs that help them solve challenges that occur during and after pregnancy.  This course gives you the confidence and ability to address these challenges and give freedom and ease back to the life of a new mom.

Fit For Birth has teamed up with The Bloom Method to deliver a course that is truly unlike any other.  The Pre & Post Natal Diastasis and Core Consultant Course™ is created specifically for fitness and wellness practitioners.  You can be the saving grace for many women, and in turn their families, who have suffered unnecessarily due to challenges like diastasis recti, pelvic girdle pain, symphysis pubis dysfunction, piriformis syndrome, herniation, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, or simply helping return to their pre-pregnancy physique.  You will also explore topics like C-section rehabilitation and episiotomy rehabilitation.

Diastasis Recti affects about two-thirds of pregnant women, and various programs around the world have risen to address the problem:  MUTU System, Birth2FitMum, The Tummy Team, Tupler Technique® and more.  A Fit For Birth professional must understand them all.  Now, you can be the definitive resource for these women.  The Pre & Post Natal Diastasis and Core Consultant Course™ empowers you to understand the science behind past and present techniques for solving diastasis, so that you can empower your clients to the fastest success.  You get to choose the methods that work best for them, in many cases giving women back their lives, and making an incredible living doing it.

This course teaches you how.

How is this course different from the Pre & Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist?

    • The Pre & Post Natal Diastasis and Core Consultant (PPDCC) Course specifically builds upon the techniques and awareness delivered in the Pre & Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist (PPCES) Course. The corrective and rehabilitative measures discussed in PPDCC assume that participants already have a knowledge and practice using PPCES concepts like: the Big Four Imbalances, Core Breathing Belly Pump™, Belly Training, Labor Training and Fit For Birth’s Program Design Method.

In addition, the PPDCC will not review the all-important history of childbirth, nor the state of childbirth today, as covered in-depth in the PPCES. PPDCC will also not cover the benefits of exercise, cardiovascular or metabolic considerations. Instead, the PPDCC is like taking a super-dose of the PPCES’s “Common Pregnancy Considerations,” mixing it with additional “Program Design” methodologies that specifically relate to: diastasis recti, pelvic girdle pain, symphysis pubis dysfunction, piriformis syndrome, herniation, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, C-section rehabilitation and episiotomy rehabilitation.

Rather than providing an comprehensive overview of the pre and postnatal fitness realm, the PPDCC focuses on making the pre and postnatal fitness professional highly aware of the current state of the diastasis recti niche industry, as well as the perinatal protocols being used in women’s physical therapy today.

To make sure that the PPDCC class moves fluidly, and that all participants have the same basic awareness of the pre and postnatal realm, it is a requirement to have completed the PPCES (either online or live) prior to participating in the PPDCC.
