PregnancySāf™ (PSL) COACH Membership Criteria

Requirements to Obtain PregnancySāf™ (PSL) COACH Membership


  1. Any time, you may join the PSL Coach Membership, and immediately receive:

    1. Access to Mastermind Recordings.

    2. Core Breathing Belly Pump™ Mini-Course & Head Coach Recordings.

    3. 10% discount on your courses, apparel, and all that Fit For Birth offers.

    4. 10% commissions for any referrals you send (that are not in conjunction with the PSL FACILITY Membership).

  2. In order to receive your PSL Coach Logo, you must first complete the PPCES.

  3. In order to be considered a Core Breathing Belly Pump™ Specialist and be an official teacher of CBBP, you must first receive your certificate of completion.


Requirements to Renew Membership as a PregnancySāf (PSL) COACH include:

  1. Annually, participate in 10 hours of continuing education (CE), and submit documentation to Fit For Birth.

    1. All continuing education hours must help your growth as a pre and postnatal professional.  

    2. Your continuing education need not be exclusively limited to the pre and postnatal realm, but all of the education you submit should be applicable to your growth as a pre and postnatal professional.  

    3. Every year, you will have the opportunity to receive personalized feedback from an FFB head coach regarding one of your CE submissions.  The intention is to answer any questions you may have as to how your education may be used toward your future, and to provide any guidance that may support your growth and success as a pre & postnatal professional.   

  2. Annually, provide an example (screenshot or link, etc) of how you are using the PregnancySāf Coach logo and Core Breathing Belly Pump™ in your business.

  3. Currently $35 monthly or $350 yearly dues collected on or before November 15 of each year.

  4. No additional hidden application or petition fees at all!


All Continuing Education Renewal Submissions must meet the following criteria:

  1. Participate in 10 hours of continuing education (CE) each year, and submit documentation to Fit For Birth’s super simple online submission portal.

    1. Documentation must include:

      1. Title of course, project, seminar, book, documentary, etc.  (Include website links to these materials when available)

      2. Date(s) of participation.

      3. Approximate hours spent researching, learning, engaging, etc. 

      4. A summary explanation for how this CE has or will help your pre & postnatal business (less than 150 words).

    2. All continuing education hours must help your growth as a pre and postnatal professional.  

  2. One of your submissions each year, you may provide an extended explanation (up to 500 words) in expectations that the Fit For Birth (FFB) team will respond directly to your inquiry, with the intention of helping your growth as a pre & postnatal fitness professional.  

    1. A few examples of how your partnership with FFB may help you directly improve your business and capacity as a pre & postnatal professional:

      1. Have you created a powerpoint presentation for doctors, and would like the Fit For Birth team to help you improve it?

      2. Have you created a flyer, brochure, or website for the pre or postnatal population, and would like the Fit For Birth team to give you feedback?

      3. Have you created a sample group exercise class format and would like the Fit For Birth team to answer your questions about it?

      4. Anything that you can imagine wanting additional awareness, a critical eye, or encouragement in the right direction!

  3. Fit For Birth has created a suggested list of CE that may project you in the direction of Pre & Postnatal Professional, Corrective Exercise Practitioner, Perinatal Holistic Health Coach, and more.  In some cases, we have created a quiz for you to take along with the CE, to facilitate the ease of your growth.

  4. Your continuing education (CE) need not be exclusively limited to the pre and postnatal realm, but all of the education you submit should be applicable to your growth as a pre and postnatal professional.  Courses may include a wide array of possibilities ranging from official fitness related CE all the way to written summaries of documentary films or creating and submitting your own marketing materials or making presentations to local midwifery clinics or other strategic partnerships.  

    1. Researching and Creating your own presentations for healthcare organizations (doctors, midwives, birth centers, mom’s groups, etc) or perinatal women.

    2. Researching and Creating your own marketing materials (brochures, flyers, websites, business cards, etc) for healthcare organizations or perinatal women.

    3. Any CE from any pre & postnatal CE provider

    4. Any CE from any general fitness CE provider (so long as you can apply the knowledge to the perinatal population)

    5. Your own research for projects like: 

      1. Your education

      2. Creation or evolution of your perinatal business

      3. Creation of marketing or educational materials for your clients

      4. Creation of a presentation for the local midwifery community

    6. Taking a business/marketing course

    7. Watching documentary films & creating educational material for your clients

    8. Reading birth-related books & using the material with your clients
