Today Fit For Birth is blessed to be standing in a position to help oversee the positive regulation of pre & postnatal fitness professionals around the world. In the United States, as in the majority of countries around the world, almost anyone can call themselves a personal trainer, even if they have no experience, training, certification, or license.
The Pregnancy Safe Coach membership program is open to graduates of Fit for Birth who are passionate about pre & postnatal health and wellness and want to continue to grow personally and professionally, and who want to hold themselves to the highest standards in pre & postnatal fitness.

Obtain Pregnancy Safe Coach Membership:
- You are a current student or graduate of the Pre & Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist course
- You are interested in, have signed up for, or have already taken the Pre & Postnatal Diastasis & Core Consultant course
Renew Annual Pregnancy Safe Coach Membership:
- Participate in monthly mastermind calls either live or recorded (if recorded, fill out the quick survey at the end of each video!)
- The fee is $45 monthly or $447 yearly to maintain your membership
- No additional hidden application or petition fees at all!
