Stefania Barker is a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and owner of Primal Fitness in Las Vegas, Nevada. Her focus is on families, “I find that weight management and total body health is much easier to accomplish when it isn’t just mom. Mom needs help and support. So when we get the significant other and children involved, it becomes a family goal for lifestyle changes.”
Since completing the Pre & Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist Course, Stefania has begun to create the classes “Super-Mom” and “Mind, Body, Baby”. She is currently working on getting these classes picked up by local facilities.
Stefania has seen an increase in clients since taking the Fit For Birth Course, citing an increase in her knowledge and confidence, “I picked up a wonderful client who is ‘working on’ getting pregnant, and we are getting her as healthy as possible now so we can work through her pregnancy.”
