Stephanie Greunke

Stephanie Greunke is a Registered Dietitian in Monterey, California.  Her private practice RockYourHormones.com focuses on women’s health and hormones. She works with clients who need help balancing their hormones, losing weight, eating real food, developing a more positive mindset, transforming their relationship with food, improving fertility, providing support for healthy living for the whole family, and ensuring women have a smooth pregnancy.

Since completing the Pre & Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist Course, Stephanie has had a baby! Otto is now a 9-month old healthy baby boy, who was born at home in a birthing tub with no interventions.  Stephanie also created a 2-hour online seminar called Healthy Mom, Happy Baby that will be launching to the public in June 2015, which will be available at whole9life.com.  She also has a podcast, Real Food Mamas, where she interviews experts and discusses topics surrounding natural pregnancy, childbirth, and healthy living for the whole family. She plans to develop an online program on nutrition and wellness for women who are pregnant or want to become pregnant, and plans to speak at live workshops and events on the topic of pre and postnatal health.

Stephanie says that the Pre & Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist Course, “helped me see the power of my own body, emphasized proper form and techniques to use for my own pregnancy, and helped me empower and educate other pregnant women in my practice.”
